	Genpass Technologies Dallas, TX June 2000 - February 2001 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Developing multi-tiered client-server application using Visual Basic 6, SQL Server 7, MTS and Windows NT 4.0. Application deals with Medical Savings Accounts which are processed using special-purpose credit cards. Rebuilt an ASP 2 web site which allows customers to access account information, report stolen cards and request assistance using a server-side ActiveX DLL developed in Visual Basic 6.
	Presby Corporation Dallas, TX March 1999 - January 2001 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Developed automated system to collect FDA clinical trial data via ftp and consolidate and report in Access 97 database.
	JustTheRightThing.COM Dallas, TX October 1998 - December 2000 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Designing a website for a gift and collectibles company, including extensive graphics work for online catalog and HTML web page design. Set up a bulletin board for visitor interaction on the site. Using Visual Basic 6 to develop custom applications for data collection, database maintenance and order entry.

	Feedback Plus Dallas, TX April 1999 - February 2000 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Designed and coded a complete system for a "mystery shopping" company. This system was written using Visual Basic 6 and SQL Server 7 to replace a system that was written in Access 2.0. Also created a very robust website using Active Server Pages, Adobe GoLive 4 and Microsoft SQL Server 7.
	ProMor Electronics Dallas, TX November 1998 - December 1998 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Designed and coded an Access 97 application to cross-source electronic components, leveraging product knowledge of most experienced principals in the firm.
	Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. Dallas, TX January 1997 - October 1998 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Developed programs dealing with rating and billing long distance calls for Bell Atlantic Communications, using COBOL II and VS/COBOL in a CICS VSAM environment. Developed and taught COBOL/370 course. Designed and developed systems using Microsoft Access 7.0 for time reporting and change management. This system is being used by 250 – 300 employees at sites nationwide.
	Conversion Technology Corporation Dallas, TX May 1997 - September 1997 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Participated in design and development of products for Year 2000 conversions, including a “Time Warping” package which has been purchased by Platinum Technology. Designed and developed a Visual Basic 5 application for another Year 2000 product called Data Analysis, used to establish “points of failure” for date fields.
	Innovative Medical Concepts Dallas, TX December 1996 - February 1997 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Using Microsoft Access 7.0 , SQL Server 6.5, Windows ‘95 and Windows NT to create a data warehouse for medical practices which are forming Independent Practice Associations, thus alleviating the need to give up their individual software packages.
	Excel Communications Dallas, TX March 1996 - November 1996 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Converted Representative Acquisition and Servicing systems from Realia COBOL and Btrieve to a UNIX environment using Micro Focus COBOL and Sybase. Also participated in the conversion of the same system to run on Windows NT 4.0. Designed and developed a point-of-sale application using Microsoft Access and bar coding.
	Boulder Valley IPA (via Internet) Boulder, CO January 1996 - March 1996 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Converted the records of one of the largest IPAs in the country from a FoxPro medical practice package to a new one using Visual Basic and MS Access.
	Town North National Bank Dallas, TX February 1993 - November 1995 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Project manager developing a Windows-based CLIENT/SERVER application to allow TNB customers to manage credit card information including download, batch update and file distribution. Using MS SQL Server, Gupta SQL Base, and MS Access.
	Simulated Environments, Inc. Dallas, TX July 1991 - January 1993 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Developed a CLIENT/SERVER application to administer retirement plans using MicroFocus COBOL II, OS/2, Presentation Manager, Database Manager on PS/2s and CICS on an IBM 3090. . Worked with automated voice response system from InterVoice, setting up scripts to enable retirement plan members to inquire about plan balances, etc. Developed APPC communications between PCs and the mainframe.
	Lomas Mortgage, USA Dallas, TX December 1986 - July 1991 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Installed and heavily enhanced a Customer Information System purchased from UCCEL. This IMS-based online system was written in assembler, with COBOL batch programs. Took part in the development of state-of-the-art Mortgage Loan Servicing system.
	Apple Computer, Inc. Cupertino, CA March 1986 - December 1986 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Designed and wrote an MRP-like analysis of OEM purchasing business, combining data from Cullinet MPS, Purchasing and Inventory modules. Used IDMS, ADS/O, and OLQ in maintenance and development of these programs. Worked with OEM Purchasing group to define requirements, test and train on new closed-loop manufacturing system being developed by outside vendors to run on TANDEM hardware. Designed and coded links between their MPS and MRP subsystems. Devised PC/mainframe connection which had not been used previously at Apple.
	InterFirst Bank Dallas, TX November 1985 - January 1986 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Designed and wrote a Controlled Disbursements Reporting system. Two mainframe-to-PC downloads used to create reports on an IBM PC using BASIC and DOS.
	Apple Computer, Inc. Dallas, TX February 1985 - October 1985 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Modified and enhanced completely integrated manufacturing and financial information system (CAS) from Cullinet. Used IDMS, ADS/O, and OLQ in maintenance and development of these systems.
	RepublicBank Corporation Dallas, TX September 1984 - January 1985 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Analyzed and modified a batch system which supports the Security Safekeeping Service for the Bank to conform with federal TEFRA regulation changes. Also researched the IRS reporting system.
	Texas Instruments Dallas, TX March 1984 - August 1984 Position/Title: Consultant Duties: Worked on IMS DB/DC Material Requirements Planning system, including heavy development and some maintenance. Worked closely with Inventory and Bill of Material teams on design, coding and implementation.
